Dbol muscle cramps

CECS is thought to be due to swelling within a fascial compartment in the lower leg that causes pain and sometimes nerve compression. The pain builds with running and resolves in 5-10 minutes after stopping muscle work (like angina in the heart muscle). The nerve compression can cause foot drop from the peroneal nerve compression in the anterior compartment and numbness on the bottoms of the feet from deep posterior compartment compression. I have had personal experience with this and an anterior compartment fasciotomy, which relieved the pain, but I still get a foot drop when I get too tired or work the muscle too hard.
